tower eleven baseball Usage Guidelines

When using the play facilities within tower eleven baseball (hereinafter referred to as "the Facility"),
Please confirm and agree to the following terms before using this service.

[For safe use]

  • ・No more than two people may be in the booth.
  • ・Children under elementary school age must be accompanied by a supervisor aged 18 or over.
  • ・Parents may be present to assist children under elementary school age when they swing the bat or throw the ball. Please exercise due caution when using the facilities.
  • ・When using the "batting" area, please be sure to wear a helmet when entering the batter's box. Please note that use is limited to elementary school students and above.
  • - Do not approach the strike zone or net carelessly.
  • ・Please refrain from any behavior such as showing off outside the booth.
  • - If you are injured while using this facility or if a spectator is injured, please stop using the facility immediately and notify a member of staff immediately.
  • ・You cannot bring in any equipment other than those provided for rental (bats, balls, cleats, etc.).
  • ・Please refrain from eating or drinking inside the booth.
  • ・Please refrain from using the facility if you are not feeling well, are in a state of intoxication, or are pregnant.

[Rules for use]

  1. 1. Users shall not engage in any of the following acts. If a user engages in any of the following acts, we may immediately suspend their use of the Facility. In such cases, we will not refund any usage fees.
    1. (1) Any act contrary to the instructions of our staff
    2. (2) Any nuisance behavior such as slander, violence, or harassment against other customers or our staff.
    3. (3) Any act that is deemed to prevent normal use of the facility, such as drinking alcohol or shouting to the point of losing sound judgment.
    4. (4) Any act that violates the F Village Park rules or baseball spectator rules.
    5. (5) Any other act that the Company deems appropriate to order the suspension of use.
  2. 2. If a user causes damage to the Company or a third party due to reasons attributable to the user, including when the user commits any of the acts described in the preceding paragraph, the user shall promptly fulfill his/her liability for compensation.
  3. 3. We shall not be liable for any loss, theft, injury or other accident that occurs to users while using this facility, except in cases where such loss, theft, injury or other accident is due to the user's willful misconduct or gross negligence.
  4. 4. Please note that we cannot accept cancellations or refunds after purchase.
  5. 5. When you have finished using the facility, please return the player card given to you at the reception to the game reception. Player cards will not be reissued under any circumstances (lost, stolen, damaged, etc.).
