Urban Development Project What is
This project aims to revitalize the community by bringing together local businesses, organizations, government agencies, schools, and others, each bringing their own passion and ideas to the table and co-creating, thereby creating diverse values and excitement in the town. It has five themes, including "QOL (Quality of Life) x STREET," "Food x Agriculture x Learning," and "Related Population x Human Resource Development," and plans to expand the activities beyond F VILLAGE to Kitahiroshima City and its surrounding areas.

In January 2024, we held a town development workshop inviting partners involved in F VILLAGE to draw pictures of their ideal town development ideas.
Project Theme
- 01
- QOL×STREET
- Various large and small initiatives to improve the quality of life will be unfolding on and along the roads in the city. From events that temporarily occupy the roads to initiatives that create culture on a daily basis, we aim to draw out the potential of road space in conjunction with area management.

- Food x Agriculture x Learning
- Enjoy local food in the local area. Not just consume, but learn about and spread the local food culture. We aim to create resource circulation and empathetic consumption through a cycle of "grow, learn, enjoy" through farmer's markets in collaboration with local farmers, dairy farmers, restaurants, etc.

- Related population × human resource development
- We aim to connect and interact with people from both within and outside the community, and across generations, based on the spirit of wanting to try something new. Wherever a challenge arises, there is always something to learn, and we aim to create an environment where opportunities for challenge and collaboration lie dormant at any time in life, from children to the elderly.

- Tour × System
- We aim to create a system that constantly "visualizes" attractive spots that will make you want to explore the city, and turns travel itself into entertainment. We will also keep up with the latest information on other teams' efforts, and be responsible for disseminating information, archiving, and promoting the entire project.

- Well-being
- Living a healthy life in both mind and body. With student health consultations, animals, and other ways to live well, the town aims to become a place chosen by a wide range of people who aspire to a happier life.
